What is the best way to watch internet shows/websites on my home TV?

I don’t have cable and watch a lot of TV over the internet (hulu, joost, network-specific websites). My question is what is the best way to watch these shows on my TV rather than my computer? Preferably without having to hook up another cable, as my TV and computer are not in the same room.

Well, if you have an SVID out on your computer, you can do it that way. If not, you have to get a new video card that does. You can get one for $30 or so that will work nicely. If you don’t want to run a wire, there are units you can get that send TV signals wirelessly. Don’t know how much they cost though and you would have to run to the other room to hit play.
I know there are other ways, but I’m not totally familiar with it all.
